Relaxing in the driver's seat at an Illinois rest stop, I got a surprisingly good sleep while a cool shower fell most of the night. In the morning, I enjoyed a piece of [pink]dreamer[/pink]'s caramel cake and recalled hers and [red]DanTheMan[/red]'s incredible friendship and hospitality before continuing on my way.
God has blessed me. Thank you, Lord!

A belated birthday celebration with [green]Cree8ivone[/green] and his family, and praying together for some needs. It's so good to have his and [purple]dancer[/purple]'s friendship and fellowship.

I'm grateful for this forum, and for a thread that asks me to take time out each day to thank God for the good in my life. For good friends, good fellowship, and a push in the right direction...(a true blessing!)

My first day back at work was okay! My friends who have been praying for my recovery have been such a blessing! Thank you, Lord, for hearing them, and for your merciful kindness!

My new phones arrived today! No longer will I nearly fall down the stairs in a rush to get to the phone before the answering machine comes on...I'll have one upstairs! A great blessing, indeed, Lord. Thank You!

The kids' curriculum arrived yesterday. So many books! I get to buy a new bookshelf! I am blessed to be able to teach my kids, even if it does seem overwhelming at times. Thank You, God.

I worked at the Women of Faith conference this weekend at the World Vision booth. I thank God for all the women (over 600) who signed up to sponsor a child. Thank you God!

Ah!!!! It was not a baquillion degrees yesterday! I was able to turn the air conditioner off last night and open the windows, and enjoy God's fresh air! Thank you, Lord!
