Thank you, Lord, for the blessing of a second visit with my brother, and that he's staying for a few days.

I thank God for the cooler weather. It is so wonderful. It calms my spirit. ;D I also thank God for all the rain we had this weekend. Our grass is actaully turning green again. Praise the Lord!

Thanks to God's provision, my parents arrived safely back in Bolivia. A blessing indeed.

A tankful of gasoline that would have cost me $35.68 at the beginning of last month cost me $23.41 today. This goes quite a way toward offsetting the other expenses of a trip I'll be taking this weekend. Thank you for this blessing, Lord!

I can jog! Short distances, mostly because it's been such a long time, but without too much hobbliness I can jog! Thank you, Lord!

I made granola today. Considering that I'd planned to do it for over a month, I'm very grateful to have accomplished it...and to have had the energy and the follow-through.

God watches over me always, no matter if I'm paying attention or even asking for his help. He's been so close when I felt like no one was there.

(Well, this one is not quiet at all.) Thank you, Lord, for your love and fulfilled promises in what you've done today in the family of my very dear friends! You are so faithful and caring!

Thank you, Lord, that a semester that started poorly and in pain has ended well, and that your grace was evident all along the way.

Oh, my ... friends who drop everything and go out to look for you in the woods in a cold rain because they think you might be lost or hurt ... their care and sacrifice is very humbling and touching. Thank you, Lord, for their concern and friendship.

It was a blessing to have a good friend visit and, while I am glad in a way to get things back to normal, I do look forward to another visit from the good friend.
