this all reminds me of this book i once read called CENTURION'S EMPIRE my Sean McMullen. It's about this Roman Centurion who freezes himself in a glacier, with the aid of an elixer. He then unfreezes in the 9th, 14th, and 21st centuries. It was pretty good. You guys(/girls) may want to check it out.

Is there any way we could start a petition or a list of names who'd be willing to buy the 2nd and 3rd books of the Hero! series that we could give to Mr. Lawhead?
I would be more than willing to commit to buying, even at higher than normal price, the last 2 books of the series if Mr. Lawhead is willing to make a small run of them available.

I'll sign the petition if it's for all three.
Cash is kinda tight, can't get the first one now...

So i'd gladly start a petition like this, but I'm just not sure how exactly that's done on a message board/forum...
Maybe start a new thread in the "General" section of the forum that's titled "petition" (or something similar) where people can show their support (limit each person to one post or "vote").
It would also be more effective if a moderator or administrator could keep the thread at the top of the thread (I've seen some forums where certain topics/threads are fixed at the top of the forum and stay there regardless of how they are) so that everyone who joins sees it.....
thx, nolan

I've seen this done on other forums before and you're right. I'll go ahead and begin the petition process. Unfortunately, there is only one Mod/Admin and he hasn't been here in over a month. When he returns, I'll ask him to make it a sticky thread.
