Thanks! So, is this a pretty busy board? Or is it fairly quiet?

It depends on the members! LOL
We've been fairly busy in the past, and I think things are looking up again. Just keep posting and eventually all us old hands will start responding to you, if only to prove we're still around. *grin*

Yes, it's a little difficult to put our finger on exactly what happened but this past school year things slowed down quite a bit around here. Things should be picking up again now, though...especially since I will be unemployed! New blood infused into the forum would definately be the spark we've been missing of late, though. So we are glad to have you here.

Great to have you here with us. Things pick up and slow down at various times of the year, similar to many boards but we sincerely hope for lots of activity as much as possible.
It looks like you've been getting yourself around the board very well and have some wonderful comments. Keep it up and have a great time.

I don’t suppose there’s really any need to say ‘I’m new here’....
I am Mote. My close companions are Peaselblossom, Mustardseed, and Cobweb. Generally I don’t associate with human beings but boredom does strange things to ones head. If I burst out into hysterical laughter or suddenly start crying, it’s just the effects of a week of extreme tedium. Don’t worry, it wears off. In fact, it is mostly gone now. *bursts into tears*
As a fair warning, I have strong opinions and enjoy discussions. I do keep them on the adult level but I can be rather cold. It isn’t meant to be taken personally.
Anyhow, Hi everybody, I have joined.

Hello all, my name is Megan and I live in Montana. My fist SRL book read was Dream Thief, but my favorite is probably Byzantium, with Patrick being a close second. I joined here awhile ago but never posted, decided it was time to actually say a few thing around here. I own almost all of SRL's books and re-read then at least 1-2 times a year I love this style of writing

Greetings from a place other than where you are. Welcome to cyber-SRL. It is good there are so many of us. Perhaps one day we will RULE THE WORLD!!!
(... Ok, so it's Friday night, and I cleaned my ENTIRE house in the last two days. At this point, sanity on my part would be a miracle. )
I'm sure you'll enjoy it here. It's a good group of people. *grin*
