well hello everyone I kinda thought since people have made me feel welcome around here and answered some of my stupid questions I might try and stick around anyway I am Kaz (short for Karen) I live in Western Australia. I am married with 3 kids a 14 yr old girl an 11 yr old boy and a nearly 8 yr old girl. I enjoy chatting to friends online, anything kinda arty, I am a part of the church worship team ( I sing), I also am an admin assistant on another site which is basicly where I live , I also am our church newsletter editor (gets done weekly). I have two sisters one married with 2 children, one not married with one child and a partner. I have two dogs a bichon frise called Bella and a Australian Cattle dog called star. the first book of stephen Lawheads I ever read was Empyrion (omnibus) which I took away over Christmas vacation and read the whole thing and became addicted to SL's books I found out about stephen lawhead when one of my very good friends was talking about books and I asked him what was his favourite book ever ( he is a big reader) and he said probably empyrion... I tried to get it from the local library and couldnt so when we were online together he ordered both of us a copy ( I paid him back I don't have a credit card ) and I have just started reading dream theif ( which I had to order online second hand from UK) up to chapter 3 I tend to be a slow reader and don't read a lot so it may keep me going a while LOL I liked empyrion so much I then ordered the 5 books in the pendragon cycle (new) have ordered 4 other books new (forget which ones now LOL) and I recieved the warlords of nin and the sword and the flame yesterday (ordered second hand since I can't get them new) I also have the endless knot and in the hall of the dragon king on their way from England second hand again not sure what else you want to know but feel free to ask me if you have any questions

Well... I was just going through old threads (don't ask why) and I realized I never posted here for some reason. I guess theres only one way to fix that:
Hello, my name's Tyler and I'm an arthurian-o-holic. I can't say I'm the most well versed in arthurianota but I will read just about anything relating to it. So, on one of my many searches to read more arthurian legends, I came across the Pendragon Cycle and bought all five books at once. Best purchase I've made in my entire life. Later on, after being impressed by SRL, I bought the Celtic Crusades, Byzantium (yet to finish), Avalon, and the more recently acquired Song of Albion series. However they have yet to inspire me as the Pendragon Cycle has, which may explain my choice of house.
Anyways, I'm now 20 years of age and living in Upstate NY. Most of my time is consumed fencing 5 days a week 3 hours a day routinly. My hopes are to make the British National Sabre Team in time for the 2012 Olympics. My coach has faith in me that I could pull that off so I remain hopeful. As far as carrers go, I'll be restarting college to train and become an illustrator of sorts. Basically inspired by Frank Frazetta, Alan Lee, and Frank Miller.
Some odds and ends: If you hadn't guessed, my life will be complete when I gain my British Citizenry. I hope to get a Great Dane one day since I love dogs and the more the dog the more the love! I am single and I have no idea why! I've been told I'm attractive and I'm the most polite caring person I know! What the heck!? Keira Knightley, gotta love her, she's amazing... AMAZING I said! And basically whatever else you can dig out of me... and one of these days I'll find a picture of myself that I'm not completly ashamed of.

My real name is Dondi MacNair. I live on Whidbey Island Washington (USA, Planet Earth) ;D I started reading my first Lawhead books WAAAAYYY back in the 1980's--I was around 14 when my pastor's wife showed me The Dragon King Trilogy. I was hopelessly hooked on SRL ever since. I aspired to be a writer (like him only a girl )--I've had writing in my blood since early childhood, and even as a little kid, a 15-page story was nothing to me. In High School I got a C in Creative Writing, not because I couldn't write, but because I wrote too much....most of my 10-page assignments turned into 40 page mini-novels. Needless to say, as I bet many people on this forum are, I am an aspiring novelist. My first novel, as yet unpublished, is rather lengthy. I am very close to the end (rewrite) and the ms is 940 pages long....gulp.....I rather suspect I will have to resort to chopping it into two books. Anyway, I have always adored Stephen Lawhead, and have read and re-read eveyrthing of his ....except Patrick. I still have to get that one. And now there's HOOD!!!

He was the half-brother to the dog in The Sandlot. His name was Rufio (yes we named him after Mr. Skunkhead with Too Much Mousse) but we called him Boo Boo Face. The most wonderful dog in the world....*tears* I miss him so.....

Hi - I'm new here...referred by close friends who are also members on this board. Thanks Tegid, Dantheman and cree8ivone. I'm a Lawhead fan, but I don't remember details like some people do of the books I read. I love to read and I read lots of books, usually 3 or 4 a month. Give or take 3 or 4...haha I'm married, have 3 boys, 22, 16 and 12. I work full-time as a project manager for a bank in their technology group. I'm currently studying for the Project Management Professional certification (PMP). I love to dance, it is my passion and I do it for Christ. I'm on the dance team at our church and also minister with various dance teams in our area and I'm on the committee for an International Christian Dance organization, Christian Dance Fellowship, USA. I'm currently studying through Gathering of Eagles Institute to become a dance minister. That's my short list.
