I have mentioned before that it is because of SRL's version of the Pendragon cycle that I have gotten interested in King Arthur.
Over the weekend I saw Sean Connery take on the Kingly role with Richard Gere as Lancelot. However, the story was totally beyond the realm of any sort of reality.
NO woman in her right mind would prefer Richard Gere over Sean Connery. It's a fact! Look it up in any Encyclopedia.
Hollywood does come out with some nonsense, doesn't it.

I enjoyed First Knight for the most part. It didn't portray Arthur as the battle hardened hero but focused more on how Lancelot wins the damsel. That really wasn't what I was looking for to be sure. Being a guy though, I do have to agree with choosing Sean over Richard any day.
