Excellent book! Wow! I didn't get to read it until last year and now I wish I had read it before that. . .it was simply amazing . . . the theories and philosophies that Orwell put into the book just blew me away. . .

As for the depression. . .I didn't pick up on that, I was too wrapped up in the philosophies.
