ok well here is an update for anyone who is interested 
well on the marriage front things seem to be going ok..not great but not as bad as before...if anyones read the 5 love languages book...my hubby is very much acts of service so by me keeping the house tidy and dishes done for the most part has made him happier.
on the depression front... I now have antidepressants (effexor-xr) which today got increased from 75mg to 150mg since they were helping but just not quite enough.
I also had some thyroid tests to make sure it wasnt my thyroid causing the depression as well as other tests for diffrent things. my thyroid test came back at 7.5 at the end of may...the dr then ordered further test on the thyroid to be done 4 weeks later (last week). well friday I was called to come see the dr...of course I was fretting thinking all the worst things. well apparently my thyroid went from the 7.5 to 13 in that month so the dr has put me on thyroxine tablets half a tablet a day.... these tablets are tiny like 5mm in width which is smaller than the blunt end of a pencil LOL and I have to try and cut them in half.
my dads still dying with cancer but is in USA in a hospital that my cousins paying for he is now on dialysis... he told his soon to be ex wife that he had disowned us kids so *shrug* that situation is still kinda not so good but still.
so yeah thats an update with the main things going on with me LOL
