That's cool. What were your parents doing in Guam? Were they missionaries? My Dad was a civilian in the Air Force and actually was stationed on Guam twice in his career...Mom and Dad loved it there.

AMAZING story eh? You live near Mattoon? That's cool. I went to college with a guy from Mattoon. I think that's only a few hours downstate from Peoria.

I, like Twyrch, have an interesting birth story.
I was born in Lewisburg, PA. I was two weeks past my due date, and not showing any signs of coming. So during a routine examination, a hot-shot new doctor decided he would poke and prod around more than necessary. He accidentally broke my mom's water, but he was not wearing gloves, nor had he washed his hands. So my mother got an infection which spread to me, still in the womb. After hours and hours of labor, they finally decided to take me out by C-section. I was so infected by then, that the doctors said I wouldn't make it. They also said my mom probably wouldn't have any more kids.
Well, after spending the first two weeks of my life in the hospital, my mom and I were allowed to return home. For most of my early childhood, my immune system was terrible. But it strengthened to a normal level, and I have two younger sisters.
All because some @#$#%@$ doctor decided to play around. *mutters angrily*

That's just freaking insane!!! I'm glad you lived Booky. ;D
