It's been awhile since I posted. Nice upgrades!
Anyways, I'm really looking forward to seeing Hood come out, but it's been awhile since the pre-update update. I wonder what's going on with the release. Anyone heard of a release date?

The book will be released in hardback on September 5, 2006.

Hmmm. In the interest of full(er) disclosure, please be aware that the ARCs out there now are uncorrected proofs sent to some book reviewers and some retailers for feedback and promotional purposes. They've got typos in them, they're paperbacks, (and they are imprinted "not for resale"), while the finished book in early September will be a nice and (hopefully) error-free hardback.
If impatience drives you to hunt down one of these ARCs, I would urge you to get a copy of the "real thing" when it comes out also, for a number of reasons. Among those are that the story deserves to be seen in its intended "best light," as presented in the final form that goes to press. Another quite important reason is that SRL has put a lot of creative effort into this book and he deserves our support, including the financial kind that comes from royalties; let's not have him be limewired by those of his own official forum.
