This is my sister and the baby shortly after the delievery. . .he's about an hour old. This is my brother-in-law and the baby. I believe the baby is about two hours old. This one is my dad and the baby, again he's two hours old. This one has a funny story. My mom kept trying to get a picture of the baby's face and after holding him and talking to him, he'd finally open his eyes. Only before the camera clicked, he'd shut his eyes once again. Finally my mother said, "Malachite! Your auntie is going to be very upset with you if you don't give her a picture of your face!" so he opened his eyes and stuck out his tongue (as you can see). . .he's just so precious!!!! I have some more at Slide showBut that's him!!!

That's a cute little nephew you have there. Don't spoil him too much.

but it's my duty as the beloved aunt to spoil that kid until he's a brat for my sister. .. right?

oh, most definitely not. A little spoiling is good, but brats are never fun to be around and even you won't want to be around him if that happens!

What you can do is purchase annoying toys that are loud and obnoxious and give them to the kid. Then they'll be away from you and give no end of grief, er I mean fun to your relatives.
