Not SnowBlades...Blast. Yeah, there we go. That's better. Okay, so I'ma start off by saying: HOLY FRICK!!!!
That's about the only words that will suffice to describe the weekend I had. Not only did Mouse and I flung ourselves down snowy and icy hills, we kept trying to get points for the team competition they had. We threw snowballs at the pastor and shouted, "Do we get points for that?" Mouse offered to eat pine needles. I offered to attempt to make a snow angel on an almost vertical hill. We got nothing.
There was a game where you couldn't say 'no' or you got a bean taken away. The team with the most beans at the end won the game. It was so frickin' hard because I'm stupidly sarcastic and kept saying 'no' all weekend. I finally just gave all my beans to a team member so they'd be safe.
Josh Parker, Mouse's older brother, did one of the craziest things that weekend. We were pulled over on the side of the road, waiting for an okay from Ryan's for the party room. We had four vans and 60 kids. Well, there was this inflatable blue man that danced by the car wash across the street. Josh jumped out of the van, ran down the hill and started dancing with the blue man. He was wearing a blue shirt, so it was even funnier. When he got back into the van, after numerous pictures were taken, he saw the sign that said: "Dance with the blue man for five minutes and get a free car wash!"
We weren't allowed to make purple, either. Girls are pink and guys are blue. Purple wasn't allowed. So, just as the van got quiet, Daniel(Princess) shouts, "NO! I will NOT make purple with you!" to Mouse. Josh spun around and was like, "Whoa, that's my sister!"
People also found out why I'm not disturbed when I sleep. I shot up in my sleep, flailed around, then fell over on Mimi and cuddled her arm. Princess was talking, so I sat up and death glared him until he stopped. I then resumed my cuddling and sleeping. I'll spare you the awkward moments of the weekend and add more to the different stories in another post. This one's long enough.
