Wow, but I'm not sure who I feel more sorry for. Yes, I feel for the mouse, but the guy is pretty bad off now and personally I can't say he totally deserves what he got.

I have no idea what moral I should learn from that story, but I did laugh my head off. hmm my guess would be something like "mice are evil crafty creatures which must never be underestimated" I was feeding my cats and their food is kept in a tightly closed box (otherwise my dog will eat it all) anyway i had just filled the bowl and was closing the lid when a mouse jumped out and it actually ran up my sleeve. I was so startled, im not scared of mice but it's not every day i have rodents in my clothes.

Or be careful what you set on fire. Things that move--not generally a good idea.
I set a basket of rolls on fire over Christmas break. It was kind of funny, especially since there was a kitchen full of women in between me and the sink.
