Hello, I'm new here, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what type of armor Arthur and his knights wore during the Arthurian era? I'd like to collect some armor to fit that which they might have worn, but I'm not certain. Was it roman/celtic? Pictures would rock!

This is a good place to start. Also, the Arthurian Association of Australia Inc goes into great detail about the type of armour worn during this period. If not a member, you may want to check into it. Finally, if you are still looking for more information, The Cardiff Arthurian Society has a page of links to many medeival sites which might interest you. I hope this helps. ;D |
