Today it didn't go above 35. And when I went to feed the horses in the morning the water trough had an inch of frozen water over the top. I forgot that when there's Christmas there's freezing weather.

This morning it is only 29 degrees, but the wind chill makes it feel like 18 degrees. Bring on the cold weather. I would rather have cold weather, than hot weather any day!

In the summers I love cold weather, but in the winter heat is much better.

The cold isn't bad unless you have to be outside in it. Sadly that is what my job has been for the last month. Standing out in the open with the wind, snow, sleet and rain haven't made it very enjoyable at all.
I'll say one thing about being outside in nasty weather. It does make you appreciate any warmth you can find.

*grabs shovel and throws snow at Hinata* There! How's that? Looks like winter outside up here. Hasn't been good snowball-throwing weather, though. But the snow is beautiful! *gets an extra blanket for the wife*

Ooh, it snowed a couple of inches overnight. I love the look of snow on the trees. I just hate driving in the stuff.

Ah, snow. It hardly ever happens here, and everthing shuts down if it does. The coldest weather we've gotten so far was something like 43. Today it was almost sixty. I'm just glad it's not 80 anymore.

I hate cold weather, and especially Pennsylvania winters, because not only is it cold, but it's wet too. *grabs a quilt, coco, and snuggs down to watch the BBC Chronicles of Narnia* Wake me when spring gets here.
