So I'm sitting here eatting my dinner and I realized I have one of the best kept secrets for fries. . .well, kind of. See, Utahns tend to eat their fries with something called "Fry sauce". . .my parents sent me a bottle of the stuff because you leave Utah and you can't get it . . . So I'm having my tater tots and chicken nuggets thinking about how much I LOVE my fry sauce. Now you're probably asking yourselves. . .what on earth is Fry Sauce. . . Well. . .it's catsup, Mayo and the ever vital ingredient of pickle juice. . . some people call it thousand island dressing, but there are a few differences if you're from Utah. Just had to share with all y'all

I've had it and just found it ok. Wasn't my thing I guess. It has been quite a long time since I had it though so I might enjoy it now.

I've seen people to 1000 Island dressing on fries and it turned my stomach. When I turned my stomach back around, I promised it I would do only salt from then on.

Salt's not good for you. . .catsup is nasty. . .so fry sauce is the only way to go. . .
And thousand island dressing really isn't the same thing. . .it's really nasty if you eat fries with thousand island dressing. . .honestly! I used to work somewhere that thought they were the same. . .it's not

Just the chips for me... never been much of a seafood man. Wrong side of the world for 'fry sauce'

I say, forget the fry sauce. Salt's the way to go. That fry sauce probably has salt in it anyway. And salt is NOT bad for you, it's essential. Now, excessive salt could be bad.
