Has anyone noticed my "Wizard of Oz" title, scrolling about under my name? This is a new Forum Prize and is dicussed in the Forum News and Announcements thread. Here's the jist of it... we wanted a prize that people could obtain a little easier, with less Karma. So, for 50 Karma, you can now have Personalized Titles. It must be text based, but can use any UBBC code you desire, whether it be color... bold... moving... whatever. Just send a PM to any Mod/Admin and we can set this up for you in your profile. Please be specific about the text you want and how you want it displayed and we will try our best to accomodate you.  |

I refuse to use IE on this board. . .far too many pop ups. At least Mozilla has a built in pop up stopper

BTW you can also put images in that 'personalized name' space. Ask Jeremy and he can hook you up.

Since you're going to win September's Member of the Month award, maybe you should have "Member of the Month" as your personalized Title... Or perhaps, Cree could make a cool "Member of the Month" logo for you to use?  |

How about some prizes that will work in more than just IE? I had to break open my crippled IE to see what you guys were talking about and had nasty pop-ups to deal with. ::eew:: Edit: actually, I can see cree8tivone's mirror image, but not the scrolling text on Twyrch's |

I had to break open my crippled IE to see what you guys were talking about and had nasty pop-ups to deal with. ::eew:: Edit: actually, I can see cree8tivone's mirror image, but not the scrolling text on Twyrch's I downloaded the Google Search Bar and it blocks most of my pop-ups on IE when I'm on this board. And these prizes are designed by ProBoards... someday, they might write them for more than IE... who knows. |

Oh, Tegid! You mean you're going to buy me an iMac?   Silly, I have an old decrepit PC running Win98. I'm doing good to be able to run the latest Firefox! But, "prizes" don't always have to be something provided by ProBoards, a Member-of-the-month graphic could be affixed to someone's sig without having to resort to IE-only script. Ah well, at least I can see the cool mirror image.  |
