I get alot out of a good book cover. The art decides if I read or not along with the back cover. SO I'm going to post my new book cover here. I'd love your opinions.   A friend of mine did it for me and I love the price==free! |

I can't say it tickles my fancy, but it's all about the image you're trying to present about the book. Is it a young adult novel?

nah, fantasy fiction. It was free so I guess I get what I pay for.  anyway, it's hardly YA. i have six chapters posted on authonomy.com. I know it looks cheesy, but hey I don't think the guy who did the cover can draw or I would have had him draw an actual scene from my book. Thanks for commenting Cynan |

Yeah, it kind of has a YA feel to it; at least, that's how it seems to me. I'd recommend something slightly more abstract -- not like a Picasso painting or anything, but maybe something that takes a bit of the focus off the skull. That's all I can concentrate on when I look at it (hence the YA feel).
BTW, can I have the link to your chapters on authonomy? I'm a member there as well.

I guess the skull is gharish too. Perhaps I'll bug my cousin my brother Jerry to draw me a picture or beg my cousin Will to draw me a better picture.
