How low can it go?

The temperature that is. this morning it is 20 degrees but feels like 7. How is it where you are?

It got down to 11 degrees here in Indiana yesterday... just checked and it's 21 now.

23 today...warmer than the past few days when it was 6!!

It was -8 this morning when I left for work with wind chills nearing -30. The expected high is 11 today. All in Iowa under a heavy blanket of snow.

It's supposed to go into the teens tonight, but it's snowing pretty heavy and all the mid-atlantic is bracing for one kick-butt storm and it extends into Indiana and Illinois. Yucky weather.

I wish we had snow. Maybe not quite as much as the Mid-Atlantic, but still...enough for the kids to play in would be nice!

I usually don't hate winter, now that I'm in North Carolina, but it's been in the 30's here the last few days and in the 20's and teens last week with snow, sleet and ice. Ick! That's why I moved out of Illinois... to get away from weather like this. I much prefer winter to be in the 50's - 60's.

Can't say I blame you Twyrch. We got 9" and I remember Illinois weather. I was in Great Lakes for the winter of 93-94 and remember the watch at the Navy base getting me and my roommates up to shovel snow at 230 in the morning. But I miss Chicago. Loved it there. I could survive the winters.
