Well, first off, I hope that everyone had a FANTASTIC Christmas and New Year. I know that I did. First of all, I graduated right before Christmas and so my parents flew me home for two weeks. My boyfriend came with me to meet my family and well, he had other things on his mind too. . .seems he needed to talk with my dad. So while I was home, I became engaged to my best friend and a totally fantastic guy. I wish you all could met him because you would totally love him.

Anyway, we're getting married (call it crazy if you want) on February 27, 2009. Yes, you heard correctly in about a month and a half. I think it's a total of 44 days now. My mother is going crazy but everything is nearly ready. My aunt is doing my flowers (she's amazing at that) and we printed our own annoucements (it wasn't that hard). I have my dress and we have one of the LDS temples in Utah reserved for the wedding. The receptions (both in NM and UT) will be at church buildings that are reserved. All I need is for my mother to stop freaking out and get "bridesmaid" dresses for my sisters and sister-in-law and for herself. Then it's just a matter of getting everyone into Utah for the wedding.

Anyway, I just thought I'd tell you all my happy news. I know, I've been engaged for a while but alas, I have limited internet connection these days. Come what may and love it!

Wow, you've been keeping a lot secret from us while you struggled through that last little bit of school, Hinata. Congratulations! And it's wonderful that things are working out so well for this to happen so soon.

Actually, tegid. . .this whole thing pretty much went down in october. See he was dating my roommate up until mid september and then things kind of lined up for us and well, when you know it's right, there's no denying it. We've known since October 1st that this is where it was headed I just had to finish up with school and then he had to talk to my father for permission like a good gentleman does.
