Over the past few years I've read Song of Albion from beginning to end at least 5 times. It is by far my favorite series period. I'm wondering if there are any other books out there written by SRL or anyone else that are even close to the same as SOA. I just am fascinated with the fictional world he painted and I know he painted it based on at least some Celtic Folklore, thanks in advance!

The closest I've read would be the Pendragon Cycle. Taliesin is by far my favorite of all Lawhead's works, though SoA comes in at a close second.

I've just finished reading SOA again and loved it just as much as the first time. This time though it has spurred me to begin reading about Celt mythology. Why not give it a go its full of rich storytelling and you can learn a little about the background to some of SOA themes.

I try to read the entire trilogy each summer. I don't have my own copies, so I have to check the books out from my library each summer. I seem to be the only person who reads them, judging from the dust that was on them this summer....
