I cant believe it, I just finished The Endless Knot last night. It was a bit confusing for me but I had watery eyes the whole last 2 chapters 
Also another thing, if you look at the cover of The Endless Knot it shows the cairn burning? I didn't read anything about the cairn being burned. Also The Silver Hand's: Is that the whole island? because I cant seem to picture it in my mind when it was on fire..But atleast I understood The Paradise War's cover 
But the series is over I will have to start my next book, The Celtic Crusades trilogy. I think the only thing The Endless Knot needed was, an afterword to tell what happened to everyone and everything Albion and Real World. Well alas the trilogy has ended for me and it will stay in my thoughts forever!
