Hi. I am a big fan of the Pendragon Cycle, and I have newly found this page.
Do anyone know if there ever will be any possibility of making movies out of the Pendragon cycle? I think that could be great! (It is possible that this topic has been discussed before, but I ask anyway)

There is always a possibility that the Pendragon Cycle gets made into a movie. No word on it at this point but we can keep our hopes up.

I've been hoping and praying for a film series based on The Pendragon Cycle since I first read it back in college. I don't think any other retelling of the Arthur legend comes close to Lawhead's version of the events. But Hollywood doesn't seem to recognize that. Instead, they give us versions like King Arthur, which I enjoyed as a film, but it was not the Arthur Legend in any way, shape or form.
You could easily hook an audience that has grown weary of new interpretations of the story with the introduction that Lawhead gives us. Atlantis as the starting point is just inspired thinking and I believe audiences would love to find out how that connects with the story of Arthur and Merlin. I know I would love to see that on the big screen.

You're absolutely right. There is so much that could be done on the big screen and have amazing results. Using Lawhead's story would bring so many stories back to the light and stir life back in the imagination of so many people who still wonder, were Arthur and Merlin real and was Atlantis a true location or simply something drummed up from the imagination.
