...And for that I apologize. I'm really busy with the start-up of school (in just TWO WEEKS!!) and I just haven't visited as often as I should. Sorry to my fellow Pirates of the tall tall trees writers!
But I'm really excited about starting school.
God bless,
Drew

It's okay. . .not many people have been around. . . you know it's sad when the Word Games almost stop entirely

Yeah, I haven't been around much lately either. Summer was so CRAZY. And now I have to get my portfolio ready for school. Ugh.

School... bleh. Good luck to all of you in school. I've just got the daily grind with work. It pays better than school but you don't get the time off.

ROFL sure do, those muppets were just so grumpy and cranky you had to laugh at them and love their characters!

Not a bad looking room.
Are you going to hang stuff on the walls and make some nice holes or are you going to be good and keep it clean.
*waits a little bit*
Be bad and hang stuff. It's so much more enjoyable.

AH dorms. . .that room reminds me of my first room but at the head of our beds we had a small desk and at the foot we had a small closet like cabinet. . inbetween the two beds (naturally sharing) there was just a little space. . .it was something closer to a walk-in closet but it was still home Enjoying college???

Yuppers! Though right now I'm going through all the orientation stuff. Classes won't start till Wednesday. Sigh... orientation... y'know I lived here a couple of years ago, so I'm pretty much already familiar with the campus... but I have to wade through all these speeches anyway...

Heh... I'm glad to see some of you haven't forgotten your Muppets. Cool looking room, Cynan. I had a room like that and my roommate and I "acquired" some old boards and cement blocks and made book selves for our text books.

I know what you mean about orientation. Heck I lived in the same city as the college and grew up in that same city but I still had to go through orientation. I actually knew more than the people giving the tours and had to be very careful about not correcting them too often.

I actually knew more than the people giving the tours and had to be very careful about not correcting them too often. Hilarious! Guess what I found out today? I'M SMARTER THAN I THOUGHT! I went to my first Christian Worldview class today and found out, in class, that I - and the other people there - were in the honors program for the Worldview class. I wrote an essay about Worldview during my application and I guess they liked it enough... it was weird not finding that out until I sat down at the desk and the professor said, "You know this class is going to be a bit tougher than usual, because it IS advanced Christian Worldview." I didn't know that! But now I'm suffering from syllabus syndrome as they say. The list of books to read and papers to write is veeeery long. I have already started but I think I need to just sit back and breath a bit.
