Life has gotten really crazy for me lately, between work, trying to get college stuff together, and my dad's bookstore opening this Friday (AUGH!), so that's why I haven't been around lately. Well, that and my friends have gotten me hooked on Final Fantasy. I'm still here, just busy and kinda tired.

Is being hooked by Final Fantasy painful? *concerned look*
*grin* Well, at least you are able to stop in and say hi now and again. Hoping to see more of you this summer, perhaps! Oooh, and owning a bookstore! What luxury!

Does being tied to a bookstore like that allow you to pick up and read any of them without charge? That would totally rock. *hugs* Please join us as often as you can when you're not plugged into Final Fantasy.

Yeah, I guess it does. And I get a 30% discount because I'm an employee. Although my dad didn't order any SRL books with his inital order, so I'm going to have to fix that.
And, of course, now that I'm taking a little break from Final Fantasy, I get a hold of a copy of the latest T.A. Barron book. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go recouperate from seeing both Beauty and the Beast and Les Miserables on Broadway in one day.

*drops to the floor*
You're getting all the perks. I wish I could have that advantage. Of course I would need to find time to read all the books I've got on my list.
You saw them both on the same day? That's wild. I've not seen either of them apart from the movie versions and I would just love to see them in their original form.

It was awesome. The only thing that would have made that trip better was if we had gotten to see Phantom of the Opera and the new musical The Pirate Queen (it's about Grace O'Malley).

Ohhhh. What's The Pirate Queen about? It sounds pretty exciting.
