My new job has an open network, so my bosses (one of which is my dad) frown upon using AOL instant messenger (due to viruses). This, coupled with the fact that I never get on at home any more, means you probably won't see me on there much anymore. But don't worry, I'm still a regular here.

Hmm. . .you really should get gmail, then you could use google chat and the problem is solved. . . no need to dl anything comes with the e-mail service. . .I love using it at work

She's quite right about that. Gmail would be the way to go and still stay in touch with people without dling anything. I've used it before and it is really easy.
