My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow, so I will probably not be around for a few days...

Surgery went well, they sent me home at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I'm tired and sore, but doing well. ;D
Thanks everyone for your prayers. I'm looking forward to the day I feel well enough to dance again. ;D
