We've had a lot going on, and keeping track of who is who is becoming tough. I'm thinking each of us who contributes can list the characters and places we name here, then edit our post when we name someone/thing new. I know I've lost track of Kaie's father's name.
Anyhow, if we keep editing our own posts and only posting the name and a short paragraph about who the person is and where they are from it should be easier to drop in quick when we need a name instead of having to search through multiple posts.
For places, just post which direction from Sherwydd, how many days walk it is, and maybe a brief note like "a clearing surrounded by bushes just up the hill from a pool with a waterfall" (which would be Rhakar's hideout) I'll leave the real version to Dred, as he created it. *grin*
I'll post my list in a seperate entry from this intro so as not to confuse things. Until luv1another returns I'll include Shylah in mine. I suppose someone might have to post a list of characters introduced by people who no longer participate...but we'll deal with that later.

Rhakar - 30 years old. Being not originally from Albion has stopped him only a little as he grew accustomed to the people, customs and language. Having lived in Albion for better than 10 years, he's become so familiar with life there that he doesn't think often on his previous life. He has visited his other life at different times to take care of small matters but the last time was nearly eight years ago. Trained as a warrior his story continues after the death of his wife and child nearly nearly seven years ago has led to major changes in his life and approach to living it.
Cyfnach - Native to Albion with roughly 35 years experience to claim as his own. He is an expert hunter and lives in the wild as easily as he does with people. His story is filled with great joy and sorrow as his own family and village was destroyed by one he once thought to be as close to him as a brother.

Joe - 15 years old. Stumbled into Albion on atrip with his dog. He doesn't miss anything of the real world and is happy with the thought he discovered a new world.

Of course you can join the RP. Everyone is welcome to join at any time. Look around at what is going on and if you would like any help just let us know. You can jump in with the current storyline or start another in the same world if you like.

Finlay - A light-haired apprentice to a blacksmith in the southwest part of Sherwydd. Opposed to the destruction of the Loch Ard Forest for the building of the new king's castle; the biggest piece of architecture anyone has ever heard tale of. However, Finlay can't stand that the trees must be chopped down simply because the "perfect location" for the castle is in the heart of the forest, just south of Loch Katrine.

So if I know nothing of the previous Sherwydd, and my knowledge of Albion is slightly rusty, it's not a problem? Reading 25 pages of part I is frankly rather daunting...but i suppose if my character knows very little, then it would be natural? Does this work?

I hope it's not a problem, because I only read little bits and pieces of the first part... and I don't really remember what I did read. If we have someone join in who was part of the original action, he or she can tell us if we're doing something wrong. But right now I'm just planning on playing a whole new game, only tied to part one in regards to the lay of the land.

Kaie will perform a time leap and join you once the action starts... I started a new section... I was under the impression that anyone could join in and see where things go from there. Is it up to me to "start the action"? That is, should my character approach yours or should I just wait or other people to contribute? Sorry, RPGing newbie here.
