Dinadan, it is illegal for me to do as Hinata suggested. Anything he tells me verbally, can be denied... and he as done so before. This is office politics at it's best and I have to keep playing the game. I must say, after 8 years and missing the chopping block on 5 layoffs and 3 firings... I think I've learned the rules of the game pretty good. Pretty well. Sorry, my inner grammar-nazi came through for a minute. At any rate...I hate game-playing. People should just be forthright and honest. If you're going to stab someone in the back, at least announce it and give them fair warning--I mean, it'd be nice if you didn't stab them in the back at all, but if you're going to do it, you might as well do it as decently as possible. People just don't seem to have a sense of decency anymore. That troubles me...a lot. |

grr. ..that just gets my blood boiling. . .why can't people just be good and human? I mean. . . we claim to be civilized but if we get the chance we'll stab our best friend in the back if we thought it'd do us any good. I hate human kind for that. . .

So dinadan: why are you rooting for Targaryen? They're a bunch of jerks... even Daenerys turned evil. Bran should be king! (I'd say Jon, but he's sworn to the Night's Watch. Catelyn and Robb need to go away, since they're supposed to be dead).

Well, I sent you a PM about it--not really appropriate for here, I suppose.
But the Targaryens--they're just cool. And it shold be obvious that Daenerys' dragons are going to be there to fight the Others (who are really evil).

.....to say "HI".....haven't been here in a while....so, here's my life since last time i was here.....the office moved my desk so that now my boss is right behind me and can see anything i can do.....so, my internet time is once again limited.  ....plus, i'm a member on, like, 10 forums.....hence the reason i haven't been on here for a while......so, i've stopped by to say hello and to those i don't talk to regularly, hope your lives are going well.  Jeez, and Shaz thinks HE'S been gone awhile... I just poppedon here and discover a new thread that's already on page 2! I need to get on here more often... |

*back as well, for a while* I'm also going through issues at work. I got a summer job at Bath and Body Works, and told her at the interview I couldn't work last week because I had another job in Bham. So...that's all fine with her, apparently, but she apparently forgets and schedules me to work. So I tell her, I can't bail out on this guy; he needs me, so she takes me off the schedule. And when I come back Friday to get my hours, I don't have any. She says it's because she didn't know when I was coming back, although I thought I was pretty clear about it. I wouldn't mind, if she just changed her mind about giing me a job and told me (Well, I'd mind, but I'd understand) but this means either she's dishonest or just doesn't listen. and this  is a weird smilie |
