Is anyone else dying a little each day, PRAYING that someone decides to make KOTOR III? It was set up so beautifully at the end of KOTOR II, so much potential!

Tell me about it. I hated the way KOTOR II ended, so I've really been hoping that LucasArts will make a third one. And since it's probably one of their most successful game franchises, they'd be stupid not to make another.

I'm having serious doubts they'll ever make III, it's been two and half years since II was released

Actually, KOTOR2 was supposed to be a great deal longer--there are actually many files that are unused in the game. You can find out about this online; apparently, there were additional chapters planned, but it got rushed to cash in on the "star wars fever" of a couple of years ago.
There was some talk in the fan community about "finishing" the game through some game mods. I don't know if anything ever came of it.

Yeah, I've heard some of the dialouge for the scenes that got cut, and it's a shame because they were great scenes. The HK-47 scenes are hilarious. Judging from some of the scenes I listened to/read transcripts of, KOTOR 2 could have been much darker than it ended up. Here's a link to a site where you can listen/read what got cut (http://tubertarian.com/kotor2missingcontent.php). I really wish the ending with Atton and the Exile hadn't been cut. It would have been a much, much better ending.

I never got far enough with a female Exile to use Disciple, worth it? I also was never able to convert ALL my party members into Jedi, Atton is pretty hard. Funny, though, first time I played it HE was the one and only I converted...

I bought KOTOR II, but it won't work on any of the computers in our house. EXTREMELY annoying, as I spent all my money on it.

You've got to have a good bit of RAM AND a really good video card to even begin dreaming of running it. I have KOTOR for my PC and my card can barely handle it, computer's only a year and a half old!

Lol, my mom got a top notch lap top about 3 months ago and it won't even work on that!
