Anyone else here watch Doctor Who? My dad got me addicted when Sci-Fi channel started running it, and now I'm counting down the days until the next season starts. So I was just wondering if anyone else here enjoyed Doctor Who.

Yes, I love it too! I watched it on PBS one night and ended up renting the first season and watching the whole thing in three days! I just watched the second season and can't wait until the third season comes out on DVD next week. I am thinking about renting all the old episodes chronologically because I really hate coming in the middle of a story, knowing that I have missed past signficant events that effect the present. Yet, I know they changed the look and feel of the show for modern audiences. So, can anyone critique the old episodes of Doctor Who for me? and Who is the best doctor?

Being from the UK i've grown up with Dr Who, and i have to admit that the latest Dr is my fav, but thats probably because we're from the same home town.
My 2nd fav has to be Tom Baker, probably because he was my first Dr.

which DR who were you watching the original or the new? I dont think anyone will beat tom baker as dr who but I love Dr who both the old ones and the new ones...over here in oz they showed the whole old episodes starting at the first one and went through all of them before they started the new ones  it was awesome...cant wait for the next series to come out  |

I got into Dr. Who this year, because my girlfriend and a few others like it. I like the new doctor, and it helps that he was in the fourth installment of harry potter  I also watched the key time series with tom baker, then I watched the movie "the five doctors" from that little experience, I would have to say that tom baker is my favorite next to the current. on side nerdy note, I recently got involved with a dr. who fan club here in indiana called whoosier network |

I watch the new one. It's good, but I wish they hadn't gotten rid of Rose... Donna's a bit annoying at times. At least Rose was cute...
