Oh man, my family is crazy about the name "Fenrus Ulf". Why they changed it, I don't know. Anyone?

Do you mean, why did they change it from the book? Actually, my dear hubby and I got to see Douglas Gresham a few months ago and he explained it thus: When the publishers were getting ready to print an American version, they thought the original name was "too scary" for American audiences. So, they changed the name. In the movie, they changed it back to the original name that CS Lewis wrote.
Hope that clears up any confusion.

Meddlesome publishers , if only they would leave things alone. At least this time they supplied many with a name they love, yet the fact remains that all of this needless confusion could be done away with if only they would let things be.
