Of use in teaching.
Actually: 1. having the position of guardian or protector of a person, place, or thing: tutelary saint. 2. of or pertaining to a guardian or guardianship. –noun 3. a person who has tutelary powers, as a saint, deity, or guardian.

abstemious...uh, having to do with abstaining and pious? hmmm... stringently holding back?
Actually: 1. sparing or moderate in eating and drinking; temperate in diet. 2. characterized by abstinence: an abstemious life. 3. sparing: an abstemious diet.
Ok, so moderation...I wasn't too far off! Hah. You want me to be abstemious about defenestration?

Now that looks like a typo to me. Past tense of mulch?? 1. to deprive (someone) of something, as by fraud, extortion, etc.; swindle. 2. to obtain (money or the like) by fraud, extortion, etc. 3. to punish (a person) by fine, esp. for a misdemeanor. You seem like a NEOTERIST to me No, no...no need to be abstemious about defenestration. GO for it!
