God's questions in the otherworld...

First of all:
Hello! I'm here for the first time. Ahm okay... there's not too much to say bout me (so, not "introductions"-thread ), I'm just a big Lawhead-fan and musician. That's all.

The reason I came here: I have a maybe pretty weird question!

I'm from Helvetia, so that means, that I read Lawhead's books in german.
BUT: In two of his books, there are passages, that I would really, really like to once see in english.

But for only reading two passages, I don't want to buy the whole books. You can understand, I guess.

So (here's my weird question) I thought, that somebody in here could maybe help me out!


The first one I'm looking for ist from "The endless knot". Where the folk of Lew is walking over the mountains Tir Aflan, there suddenly appeared a evil "fog" one night (this "fog", that was calling the warriors to embrace death). You remember?
Well, to get rid of that fog, Tegid and Llew built a burning "gog yrwen". When it was lit, Tegin began to sing a song, a proclamation.
It's something like "In the name of the wind... of the fire, ...of the trees, ...of the bear, ...of albion, ...ect., we engross and bless this land" (the meaning is something like that).

Well, again: I have read this song in german, in my exemplare of "The endless knot".
But I'd like to once read it in english. Could probably somebody here write it to me?




The second one is from "Taliesin". When Taliesin enters the otherworld once, he meets a "huge man", a "creation of light", he meets God.
They have an impressive dialog. Somewhen then, God asks Taliesin after his "knowledge". He ask things like: "Why is a stone so heavy? Why is a thorn spikeay? Where does the night wait for the day?"
You remember?

Here too: I'd like to once read this passages (the dialog) in english. Is there maybe somebody that kind here?

So, I've got two new questions! Maybe anybody can give me some clues?

1. It's about the Môr Cylch... the endless knot, the symbol of lifes labyrinth. In the "song of albion" there is a passage (guess it's in "The Silver Hand") where Tegid and Llew enter a rocky entrance that leads down to the heart of the mountain called Findagard. It's where they're going to walk through this huge rocky "môr cylch", that's made as a "tunnel" in the mountain... which leads to the Domhain Dorcha.
Remember?

Well, THERE at this entry, there is a rock in which the Môr Cylch is engraved! And at all, it's mentioned that the people of Albion have the Môr Cylch everywhere... engraved in rocks, weapons or basic commodities, they wore it as tattoos (...like I do as well, hehehe), ect.

Now I wonder, if there is a stone anywhere, into which the Môr Cylch is engraved! I mean, a ancient stone with a original engravement!
I couldn't find one. In all those beautyful engraved monuments and rocks I know (like Newgrange/Ireland, Gavr'Inis/Brittany, ect.) I've only seen spirals and other simple patterns as engravements. But I've never seen an engraved Môr Cylch.
Does anybody here know, if one exists?




2. My other question:
Does anybody know, how to pronounce the Taran Tafod? Or does anybody know where one can get more informations about the pronounciation of the "dark tongue"?

Yep, that's what I think too. But.... WHICH bloody "normal language"?
Well, somehow it's similar to cymraeg (which Lawhead also used/s to utilise in his books... at least in the albion-trilogy). Maybe it's pronounced more or less the same as cymraeg (pretty possible, cause it was also used by the bards of the cymri... maybe even developped by them?). But... I'm not sure... how can I know?
