Well, I have "The Princess and the Goblin", "At the Back of the North Wind", "The Wise Woman", The Carasoyn", "The Golden Key", "The Lost Princess", and "Lilith"...sticking with his fantasy books. I have several more of his children's books, along with a few romances. I don't know where to go from here, but I'm willing to keep an eye on this topic and try to answer questions. CoI?

Why did the goblins hate song?

They couldn't rhyme and thus hated all rhymes.. (I just read this book for the first time ever!)

That was part of it, I'll give it to you. (They also couldn't sing, not having the voice for it.)
Your turn!

What word did the exasperated king suspect his queen of aspirating?

he could not tell whether the queen meant light-haired or light-heired
Thus I say light heired
