Hey, my name is Grace, and I am possibly the first to arrive here from the Lost Genre Guild. Please correct me if I'm wrong! The LGG is a group of writers focused on Christian sci-fi and fantasy, and that makes us fans as well. If you want to write good stuff, you have to read good stuff, right? I've been a fan of SL since I first held Taliesin in my hands at age eleven. I still find that to be his best work, alongside Empyrion. Send me to a desert island with those two books (or three, depending which edition of Empyrion you have), and I'll never get bored... An old friend once told me he became a Christian after reading the Dragon King books. And for me, the mind-blowing "thereness" of the scenery in Empyrion was the final prompt that made me start writing myself. I want to stretch people's minds too!! Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you.

Welcome! I look forward to reading (and perhaps responding to) frequent posts.
If you don't have anything to say, the word games are the place to say it in. There are many mental prompts there, and you can always add a new one.

You can check out the LGG at www.lostgenreguild.com and our team blog is at blog.lostgenreguild.com . They are redesigning it all just now, but it all works still. Oh yeah, and my own site is at www.gracebridges.com - from there you can find links to other web presence. Any Myspacers or Shoutlifers here? Nice to meet you, thanks for the welcome

Great to have you here with us. It's always wonderful to find another fan of Lawhead's work.
Have fun.
