I go to bed between 11 and midnight, depending on how tired I am. After losing 30 pounds, I just don't get as tired as I used to.

That's great. I'm still trying to lose some more weight. I doubt I'll get back to what I weighed in high school but I would really love to be close. If nothing else, I would like to be as in shape as I was then.
