I'm about to sit down and finish working on a paper which will determine whether or not I get to graduate Friday morning. No pressure or anything, it's not like my whole family isn't coming to see me walk the stage, and that they've been waiting two and a half years for me to finally finish...

My neighbor passed away this afternoon. He was 87 years old. Him and his wife have been our neighbors for 19 years, so he was like a grandpa to me. Pray for his wife and children/grandchild.

The family and you guys will be in my prayers. Sorry to hear about his passing. Hopefully he'll be in a much better place now and free of any ailments.

Please pray for our friend Todd, who was in a bad rollover accident about an hour ago (2:00pm eastern time). I don't know any more details than that. Pray for his wife Dawn, too, and their boys Matthew and Timothy. Thank you.

I'm happy to report that Todd was not seriously injured in the accident--just some bruising, and he's home now. It was another driver that rolled over--Todd just hit a guardrail.

I ask for your prayers for my wife and I. We were expecting our second child but sadly, after our trip yesterday for the first ultrasound we were informed that there wasn't a heartbeat and the baby had died sometime in the last two weeks.
This has been a very crushing blow to our spirits and it is driving out most of the happiness we have. The thing that is keeping us going is our first child and the love we have for her and each other.
Thank you

Well here we go again...for those of you already praying for my family, thank you. For those of you who have no clue what is going on...my oldest bio daughter's Dad and step-Mom have gotten into the Wiccan religion. Top it off they are trying to get her to believe that she DOESN'T believe in GOD!!! Top this off with them moving her to a middle of B-F-E place over 5 hours from here and still expect me to drive all that way, every other weekend. I do not have the finances or the stamina to do that. I do no have and cannot afford a lawyer to fight this, and my search for a pro-bono attorney is NULL! Please continue to pray for her protection and that her faith will remain strong through all this, not to mention that I have the strength to get through all this. Thanks

Just a quick request here. My younger sister just graduated from high school, and I'd like to ask that you pray that God would continue to guide and bless her. She had a bit of a rough time in high school (she's narcoleptic), but she has been blessed with an amazing musical talent. I wish I had a recording to show you, especially when she sang "Blessed" by Rachel Lampa in church, because her voice is both incredibly beautiful and powerful, and I believe that she will be able to use that to reach people. And I'm not just saying that because I'm her older sister and I'm ridiculously proud of her.

have two requests: first, we've been living in thailand for one year, and our landlord just showed up last night and says she wants our house to move her family in, and wants us to move to a smaller house she owns in our subdivision. we told her we'd get back to her, simply because we were in so much shock at this sudden request that we didn't want to say anything to her right then that we'd regret. we are definitely not moving into her smaller house. so, we are looking elsewhere for another house. but, we still have a year left on our lease that we can hold over her if we want to. at this point, we have to either come up with a large sum of money to stay in our house by september 1, or we have to find another house. we are looking and have found one prospect, but haven't gotten ahold of the owners yet. it's difficult to get things done quickly here because our grasp on the language is still really bad, so it takes us awhile to get things figured out or find someone to interpet. so, we're praying for wisdom about this possible move.
also, at the same time this house situation is going on, we have just found out that there's a possibility that we could end up being able to take in a three year old little girl from a village that needs a home. so, we are praying about this situation as well, which could either fall completely through, or come about very rapidly. who knows, but God?
so, please keep these two things in your prayers.
also, you have my prayers dred as i just read your request above.
