For those of us who have pets, I thought we might share some of the funny things they do. For those of you that don't have pets... well... you can just sit back and read some of these stories or sentences or whatever you guys decide to write.
I have a cat that slides down the stair rail for fun.

My dog loves to stand and basically walk on his hind legs when he's excited to see people. He'll stand there and walk around a little bit until you sit down and play with him.

My cat will sit on his hind legs and box my dog muzzle, who normally just stands there. I insert the thought for my dog "What? Is that all you got?" because she looks puzzled when he does it.

My hamster, Critter Scampers, bites my husband, but has never bitten me. (Guess who accidentally threw him across the room once when Critter startled him by trying to dig for food in his palm...) Critter has held a grudge since that day and won't climb into his hand even if he offers treats.

My cat, Gandalf-the-Gray, has a foot fetish... he will nuzzle my foot, then perform a perfect summersault over the top, flopping down with tummy exposed right in my path...

Our dog (a toy poodle named Pippin) is only about a foot high. But he is VERY jumpy, and when he is excited, he can jump about three or four feet in the air, and it looks like he is trying to fly.

My dog Dixie, a foxhound/beagle cross, likes to play fetch with herself. She stands at the top of our deck stairs and throws a stick or one of her toys down into the yard, runs down, picks it up, runs back up the stairs and starts again.

My dog is the most lazy, boring, uninteresting pet in the world. (We're OK with that, though.) She actually gets extremely nervous all the time, and will probably die of an ulcer or heart attack.
Anyway, just a couple days after we brought her home, she got so nervous about something, she pooped in my shoe.
My daughter still laughs uncontrollably trying to tell that story.

We have 2 dogs a curly coated retriever and a beagle pup. Zeke(the curly) is over twice as big as the beagle but he lets it bully him, chew on him, sleep in his bed, and eat his food.

My cat also climbs up the screen on our back door and starts meowing when she can't figure out how to get down when she's halfway up.

My aunt an uncle's dog does that too. They have a miniature Dachsund (aka weiner dog) She goes to the top of the stairs and drops her ball, goes down and gets it and repeats it over and over and over. We have a Fox Terrier named Dot. She doesn't really do anything funny. She sure can jump though.

I used to have a cat who'd sit on my shoulder and sqwauk (i don't think that's how it's spelt!) like a parrot...she also had really big ears and could somehow escape from locked rooms...weird....
