Normal is relative. What's normal for one person may not be normal for another. My comment was in regards to how things are for you.

I figured you were just kidding around. Why would I be glad not to know you in real life? I love getting to know people better.

Hello!
My name is Sarah. I'm 26. Born, raised, and live in Arkansas. Just to ease everyone's mind...yes, I have all my teeth and they are straight (thanks to 3 years in braces that my parents were lovely enough to pay for) and I have heard of and do own several pairs of shoes. I am also able to say that my family tree is not straight...at all....anywhere! There are LOTS of branches.
Now I'll give you all some time to get over the shock.......*looks at watch*......*hums just for fun*.....Okay! Everyone alright? Great....moving on!
I'm an internal auditor for a large bank in the area. Love my job. It's the fear really. People either get that glassy eyed look of terror where they are going to their respective "happy places" when we show up or they turn a very interesting shade of white and break into a cold sweat. Such fun! Love messing with them. I'm harmless really but I do love those few moments where I get live out and fulfill their worst nightmare.
Anywho, been reading Lawhead for years. Started with SoA and read it about once every year. Sometimes I throw in another series if I'm feeling a little crazy. I'm also a huge Jane Austen fan. Robin McKinley is right up there too. Read her book "The Blue Sword" every year too.
Now I know this may come as a shock to you all but I'm really not a very serious person. I know. It's hard to believe but trust me. I'm a hoot! I also tend to ramble and go off on tangents but I eventually find my way back and more often than not I keep myself entertained in this manner. SO, that's me! A very introverted individual. I'm working on it though. Hope to get better.
Look forward to getting to know some people who love Lawhead. We've got to stick together!
~Sarah

Welcome to the boards. I love your intro. Makes me laugh.
You strike me as someone who knows how to have a good time messing with people and playing games. Excellent. You'll fit in marvelously.
Drop me a line if you have any questions.
Talk to you soon.

Alright, Sarah!!!! Join the fun.
Now, I have some recommendations. First, join House Albion... I am the SOLE female as of my last attempt to figure out who is where, and you look like great company. Right now we are plucking the bird I accidentally shot while trying to figure out how archery works, so there's lots to be done.
Second, there is a story thread here, which is just DYING for input. I'm sure you'll bring a breath of fresh air.
Third, come back, and return and return again... often and frequently. We're glad to have you!!!

Hi everyone! I'm new to this whole forum thing, so you'll have to bear with me while i figure it out! My name is Rachel, I'm 17, I'm an Aussie (with NZ citizenship - trans-tasman sporting contests are always...interesting...in our household!) and am in my last year of school. I have 2 dogs ( a jack russel and a labrador) and an evil cat! I only started reading Stephen Lawhead books a couple of years ago - I dislocated my elbow at gymnastics...and there just weren't enough books in the house...there's a secondhand bookshop near my house and they just happened to have the whole Pendragon cycle series, so they were the ones I started with and absolutely loved them. I love sport - play soccer (indoor and outdoor), used to do gymnastics, do a crazy sport which most people have never heard of called equestrian vaulting and love watching cricket, soccer, AFL, rugby (union and league - for any Aussie's or anyone who follow AFL, NRL or super 12, I support Essendon, the Raiders and the Brumbies). ...and that's pretty much it...sorry, that was pretty boring...anyway, hope to get to know you all soon!
