I'm starting to work on German a bit. One day I'll need it for my next degree and besides, I'm a quarter German! My husband knows a good bit of German so we could keep it up around the house and maybe make our child bi-lingual (should we ever be afflicted with children).

I'm part German as well. I think a quarter German but I never really remember exactly. Old age and forgetfullness go hand in...oh what's the word...hand. Yeah, that's it.

im fluent in spanish. but im puerto rican so thats like cheating. i plan on taking italian someday in the near future (i plan on visiting italy in the future.... dat is if i stop buying sneakers and safe money =0) )

Hi my name is Rosemary, i live in New Mexico, and i started to read Lawhead years and years ago before high school. The only reason i remember that is because i was reading the Pendragon Series in my Freshman Spanish class. I am now in college and am 21, i love all things Tolkien. I am a big fan on Lawhead and i work in a bookstore so it's fun getting people started reading him. I am an Anime fan as well, and i run the Albuquerque Cosplay group which can encompass more than just Anime. I am looking for a Celtic group here but i am doubtful that they actually exist in this god forsaken state. I have a best friend who like Lawhead as well, and the discussions are interesting. i am a Computer Animation student and am currently taking the summer off. I have two slow but hard semesters left. Other than that i am an aspiring Garber and I like to cook. I cook, clean, and sew, what more could you want? LOL. I do have a boy friend who is in the Army, he is in Iraq at the moment and it is hard sometimes. but after all who wants to hear all this dribble about Boyfriends you don't see for years at a time? i am insaine... and that is about it. Oh, yes i am an artist to you can look at my art at annalalaith.deviantart.com and i am working on my other website, it just takes a bit between work, sewing, and Ever Quest. Now on to the Lurking!!! |

Welcome to the boards. Have a look around and jump right into anything that trips your trigger. Plenty to keep a person busy with here if you should so choose.
Good luck with balancing everything you have going. I hope that your bf will remain safe while he's overseas. When does he finish his tour?

And i do okay with the everything that i do other than that i am sure Chriss will be okay and he is due home on febuary wich means i will not have seen him for 2 years. lol |
