Ugh! You're not supposed to give it away!!! *sighs* I suppose this means I have to come up with another riddle. must...not...read...this...thread... Why do riddles mesmerize me?
***riddle removed*** Thankfully, I didn't win...despite the fact that I obviously thought I did yesterday...not sure why.

***falls off chair laughing***
I'm so sorry! My only excuse, and an excuse it is...is that I was sick yesterday, and thusly not capable of thinking. I'll remove my riddle.

No, but most of the answers thus far are close. Try to use your head a bit more than ussual for this one.

Apparently I can't use my head more than usual. Strange, that.
Um... heart.

(Gwalchmai, how long will this stalled car be blocking the way, man?)

That's my fault, Tegid. I threw a wrench in the works and stalled the system.
I know! The answer is... thought! (inquiring minds want to know...)

In the interest of sanity (which is rare enough on this board), I am going to congratulate Gwalchmai on stumping everyone...and introduce another riddle. Gwal, please feel free to divulge the answer, unless you would like to keep it a magician's secret, of sorts...
New riddle:
They are three errers in this puzzle. What are they?

They are three errers in this puzzle. What are they? The y are t hree err ers in this puzzle. Oooh, a conundrum! If there are only two errors, then there are three! And if there are three, then there are only two! Cool!

I'm sorry guys. I was going to move this along but as mentioned in another thread, things got really hectic really fast on my end so I'm sorry I didn't at least stop by to get this going again.
And don't ask me what I was thinking at the time, reading the riddle now... but I was going for "smile" for the answer.

They are three errers in this puzzle. What are they? The y are t hree err ers in this puzzle. Oooh, a conundrum! If there are only two errors, then there are three! And if there are three, then there are only two! Cool! Yup, that's it. The two spelling errors are the only errors, meaning the statement is untrue, which is the third error. Which, in turn, makes the puzzle solved...although, as you point out, one could get a headache thinking about the implications of having a true untrue statement.... In any case, you're up Tegid. (Gwal, don't worry about it...it's just a game, after all. Family first, ALWAYS! )

Tegid, should your riddle-well have filled I will take this back.
Darkened river drawn against gravity Pouring into slender streams To fill rich wells, Breathe out goodness Or slow to sluggish stupor According to season.
