Merlinus, one man, and two boys (and one of the boys was a churl).

"The Witch [...] whet her knife. It looked to the children, when the gleam of the torchlight fell on it, as if the knife were made of stone not of steel and it was of a strange and evil shape."
When one of these children saw this knife again later, where was it?

Was it in the witch's hand as she killed Aslan?

Nope. It was Lucy, when she saw Aslan's Feast on Ramandu's Island at the edge of the World--it was laying on the table.

Lucy saw it on the Table where the 3 sleepers sat. Ramadu's daughter was there and told them the three lords had had a quarrel and had reached for it to strike the others down and immediately they all fell into a deep sleep.

Oh my, and they both came in within seconds of each other. Dinadan, the photo-finish goes to you.

This one is kind of an "identify the context" question.
"You are not great, though you have prevented a thing so great that Deep Heaven sees it with amazement."
Who said it, to whom was it said, and what was the "thing" prevented?

It was Malacandra himself speaking to Ransom. He had killed the Unman with his own hands preventing him from continuing with his relentless temptation of the Lady Tinidril which could have resulted in the fall of Perelandra.

"If ever we loved one another, let me go with you now,"..."If you are dead and if Aslan is not Aslan, what life is left for me?"
Who is speaking? Where are they going?

Jewel the Unicorn is speaking to King Tirian. They were going back to surrender to the Calormenes who were logging in Narnia

There were five people mentioned in the opening pages of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (before Lucy goes into the wardrobe) who went to Narnia. One of them never became royalty there. When this fifth person first saw Aslan, what was Aslan doing?

It was Digory, from the Magician's Nephew. He was the Professor and the first time Digory saw Aslan, Aslan was singing.
