I'm okay with these responses so far, Child of Immanuel and karenee. There are at least two more that I can think of. However, if nobody chimes in with more within, say, 24 hours of the latest offering, the one with the most may pose the next question. Right now, that's Child of Immanuel. (I don't know that I'll be back on before Wednesday night.)

No, none of those areas were ever under the dominion of Gondor nor Ardor anyway.

No, again, these weren't ever part of the realms of the Numenorean kings to begin with. The remaining two are a bit on the small side.

Breeland? (which includes Bree, Archet, Coombe, and Staddle)
And Buckland?
These two were considered separate from the Shire, but still hobbit lands.

They weren't considered off-limits to man. Aragorn approached that far as king, but (to set an example and show the seriousness of his command), he wouldn't go into the Shire itself.
The other two places are actually in the other part of the kingdom.

Orthanc was handed over to the ents... And weren't the Glittering Caves given to Gimli's people?

The Glittering Caves under Gimli and the dwarves would be one of the places I was still looking for. And Orthanc under the Ents is a better answer than the earlier-mentioned Fangorn Forest that I was, well, kinda sorta accepting at the time. The forest itself never was part of the kingdom. There is still one more small possible answer that's up for grabs.

How about Minas Morgul which had been occupied by the Witch King? Aragorn states that it would be destroyed and that men would be unable to live there for a long time (though it would eventually be healed).

Okay, let's wrap this one up. The five areas of the kingdom that were granted self-rule and were made off-limits to the rule of men were these:
1) the Shire was given to the hobbits (karenee) 2) the forest of Druadan was given to the wild men who lived there (Child of Immanuel) 3) Isengard was given to the Ents (tinidril) 4) the Glittering Caves behind Helm's Deep was given to Gimli and the dwarves with him (tinidril) 5) the part of Ithilien where the elves from Greenwood came to be with Legolas
[Any other areas mentioned either weren't really part of the kingdom of Gondor and Arnor, or weren't actually granted the status of a self-ruling enclave over which men were not to have dominion as long as they lasted.]
That's four points. Tinidril, as the winner of two of them, it's now your turn!

Wow, I'm speechless...
Now all I have to do is come up with some trivia to stump the experts here... I shall return!
OK, this is not a great challenge, but here goes:
List all the names given to Olórin (as he was known in Valinor) by the peoples of Middle-Earth.
I have a list of 10 names (not counting the Westron translations of his elven name)
