I assume you are wanting the names of the kingdoms after the Noldor returned and before their eventual destruction at the hands of Morgoth. The number of kingdoms was changing as the battles continued.

OK, here's what I'm looking for. Any or all (I'll hand out points for each correct one from anyone--like Tegid did with his 'Eagles' question) of the Elven-kingdoms before their destruction. My count is 13, and that includes not just the kingdoms of the Noldor but also of the Sindar--the only ones I didn't count were the Green Elves, if that helps any.

Well, if nobody else ... Here's a start:
1. The Falas, with Cirdan the shipbuilder as lord of the Sindar who loved ships.

CoI has gotten the second one.
That makes the current standing
1) The Falas - Cirdan (Tegid) 2) Doriath - Thingol (CoI)

And the March of Maedhros was next to that, with his citadel upon the Hill of Himring and extending toward the vast northern plain of Lothlann

I hate geographical stuff beyond the most vague, or no doubt I'd know more.
