How did Potter and Crackerby end up dead together on the grave? (Yeah, so the simple version is fine.)

There's a simple version? Okay, just as Potter was shooting at Jake and Mac, and Crackerby was shooting at Jay and Lila a century earlier, Annie ran up and caused the time vortex to collapse, so that Potter and Crackerby ended up shooting each other.

*Jaw drops in awe* I was sure you'd have to type longer than that!
Oh, and you're right BTW!

... but ... but ... you said the short version!
How much did Lila's new skirt from Bodine Mercantile cost, and what was unusual about the payment?

Ten cents... a dime from the future is still a dime, apparently!

What souvenir did Ben-Arba collect from the sandy trail?

One of the arrows that the Yahrim had shot at them the previous night.

How many cliff carvings did Annie make?

Off the top of my head... six?

There were six. They were designed to be viewed in pairs, to tell Annie's story: View from courthouse and view from jail. View from Mercantile roof and view from boardinghouse. View from cabin site and view from grave.
Next question, karenee!

How did Lila finally see the picture of Annie in jail?

As she was working her way down the cedar shingles on the steeply slanted roof at the front of the courthouse, her feet slipped out from under her just as the carving in the cliffs was starting to line up right. When she tumbled over the roof's edge, her skirt snagged on a nail, and as she dangled and swung back and forth in midair in front of the gathered crowd, she closed one eye and gawked at the cliffs to the east, clearly seeing a sculture of Annie behind bars.
